Bruce Lee founded Lee Partners in 1998 to provide high-quality, individualized service to busy clients. Prior to founding Lee Partners, Bruce spent 15 years with CBRE an International Corporate real-estate company and was focused on the suburban Boston market covering both leasing and sales. During that tenure, Bruce represented and leased space for major corporations including Microsoft, Lucent Technologies, Digital Equipment (DEC), Motorola, Fischer Scientific and Kodak. The trend with larger companies continued with Lee Partners with transactions with Goodrich and other technology companies. Bruce values providing individualized and experienced service to CFO, COO, Presidents, founders and truly understands the objectives and constraints of businesses in different stages of maturity. Our relationships are built upon and strengthened by our ardent attention to detail, clarity of communication, and rapid transaction processes.

He also has been a guest lecturer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate in Cambridge, MA and the Xerox International Sales Training Center in Leesburg, Virginia. Bruce is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and was an MP in the Military based in White Sands Missile Range New Mexico.
